This Briefing reports the findings and implications of a study focused on LGBTIQ+ people’s experiences of housing instability. Housing needs to be viewed as a human right. At a minimum, we need political changes such as greater enforcement of the Healthy Homes Standards and improvements to the Tenancy Tribunal process.
