Philippa Howden-Chapman is a social scientist and Deputy Head in the Department of Public Health. She teaches in the area of health and public policy.
Philippa is a member of the NZ Heart Foundation Scientific and Population Health Committee and on the board of the International Society of Equity in Health. Philippa is also a member of the European Network on Interventions and Policies to Reduce Socio-economic Inequalities in Health.
