Gina has been working for the past four years on Tokelau Housing and Health projects.
Before this she worked with Dr Ian Prior on the Tokelau Immunisation project. It was while she was working on the Immunisation project that Gina became aware of the interrelated housing and health problems in the Tokelau community – particularly the crowding issues. Seeing many substandard and over-crowded houses inspired Gina to her current research that seeks long-term solutions to these problems.Gina was also involved in the Tokelau Dust Allergen study.
